Amazon Associates

As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Shop buttons open your country’s Amazon store (amazon.com, .ca, .co.uk, .de, .fr, .it, .nl, .pl, .es, .se or .com.au).

Other partners

We may also earn from Thrive Market and iHerb when you sign up or buy through a link marked “Sponsored”.

Ads appear in boxes labeled “Advertisement”. Advertisers don’t choose or review our content.

Our promise

A commission never changes a safety score, tier or diet verdict.
Swap suggestions are chosen first; then we look for a shop link, never the other way round.
You pay the same price whether or not you use our link.
